Apply and cure your preferred base: structure gel, 3-Free Rubber Base, Stellar Rubber Base, or Stellar Bond Base. Apply one coat of Stellarbration and cure. Apply a second coat, then use your cat-eye magnet up and down either side of the nail until you're happy with the effect, then cure. Apply and cure Stellar Shine Top for a glossy, no-wipe finish.
