Bambu Lab only covers repairs for manufacturer or shipping related damage under their default warranty, but under the STEMfinity Repair Service program we also cover normal wear and tear, and even accidental damage, up to $200 per repair instance! If the hotend on your printer burns out in the first year from excessive use, we send you a new one, no questions asked! Does the $200 limit include the cost of labor to make the repair? The cost of labor is included in this plan, and the $200 limit is just for the cost of repair parts! What happens if my printer repairs cost more than $200? We'll still cover the first $200 worth of repairs and just ask for payment for any amount over $200. We will NOT invoice you for additional repair costs without your express permission! What if I'm located in Alaska or Hawaii? Is shipping still free? Unfortunately we may need to request additional fees for repairs shipping outside of the contiguous United States, but we will do our best to provide you with a fair shipping rate! What if I'm not located in the United States? Unfortunately at this time this bundle is not available for customers located outside of the United States. We hope to be able to offer this as an option for our international customers in the future.
