Finally, a perennial groundcover for central Texas! Dense mats of silvery-green with pretty lilac blooms, and unlike many other groundcovers, stays well inside boundaries and weed barriers! Native to Texas Coastal regions, likes well-drained soils or it can rot. Great in raised beds and containers, as its showy fronds will spill over the edges. Afternoon shade is ok, but needs some sun.
