You’ll see some headstocks with two string trees installed for this very reason, but if you have a vintage styled model it’s safe to say you don’t want to drill additional holes for an extra tree. This is where this neat modded string tree comes in handy! This is a three string tree, utilising the single, traditional mount screw point.
