Limited Warranty Policy – Hockey Stick1. Warranty Coverage PeriodThis Limited Warranty applies for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the hockey stick is received by the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). 2. Eligibility RequirementsTo qualify for warranty coverage, the purchaser must:Submit a warranty claim within the Warranty Period, and Provide satisfactory proof of purchase, and Submit the required photographic evidence (see Section 5), and Notify the seller immediately upon discovery of the defect or breakage Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in denial of the claim. 3. Warranty Coverage StructureWarranty coverage is limited to store credit only and applies as follows:Days 1–7 (Week 1): 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes) Days 8–14 (Week 2): 50% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes) Days 15–30 (Weeks 3–4): 25% of the purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes) No cash refunds will be issued. Store credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. 4. Scope of CoverageThis Limited Warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship that result in a qualifying break under normal use.Coverage is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product and does not include:Shipping costs Taxes Duties or import fees Any incidental or consequential damages 5. Required DocumentationAll warranty claims must include clear photographic evidence showing:The name bar on the hockey stick The serial number on the hockey stick The point of breakage The seller reserves the right to request additional information or deny claims where documentation is insufficient or unclear. 6. Definition of a Qualifying BreakA hockey stick will be considered defective and eligible for warranty if it exhibits:A complete break in the shaft or blade; or A partial crack or fracture in the shaft or blade that renders the stick unusable for its intended purpose 7. Exclusions – Non-Qualifying DamageThe following conditions are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:Surface marks, abrasions, or scuffing Cosmetic scratches that do not penetrate the carbon fiber structure “Soft” or “spongy” blades that retain structural integrity “Whippy” or worn-out flex characteristics due to normal use Chips in the blade or shaft that do not affect usability Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage, alteration, or accidents 8. Claim ProcessTo initiate a claim, the purchaser must:Contact the seller within the Warranty Period Provide proof of purchase Submit required photos and description of the issue Claims are subject to review and approval at the seller’s sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith. 9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United States and Canada:This Limited Warranty is the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or performance Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product 10. Consumer RightsThis Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state, province, or territory.In Canada, this warranty is subject to applicable provincial consumer protection laws In the United States, some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so portions of this policy may not apply 11. Governing LawThis warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:The applicable province or territory in Canada, or The applicable state in the United States depending on where the product was purchased. 12. ModificationsThe seller reserves the right to update or modify this warranty at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
