If you are finding sweaty hands a problem, I would suggest the Sticky Molly Chalk or Liquid Gold. Removal- I use this product personally for both pole and aerial. Due to its nature, it will leave your hands tacky. To remove it, I simply use an oil based product. Baby oil, coconut oil and body oils will all work. Moisturise it into your hands then add a squirt of liquid soap and wash normally. The oil will break down the tackiness and also keep your hands silky soft.
