Each stencil has 10 lines (because 9 just felt wrong) with a complimentary circular checkbox waiting for you to mark off that first item. Will fit any standard 3" by 3" sticky note. If you want to title your list feel free to leave off that first checkbox, but you'll have to deal with the odd numbered tasks on your own.
