This inky blue is named after the Norfolk beach where the mud, along with the cockles, share a particular deep navy hue. Although traditional in feel, Stiffkey Blue is often used a s an alternative to Down Pipe to create a richly dramatic space with a more contemporary finish. When used in well lit areas of the home it will appear much bluer, working wonderfully when contrasted with Ammonite. We stock sample pots and gallon size of Stiffkey Blue No. 281 in Modern Emulsion and quart size in Exterior Eggshell.  We can special order any other finishes and sizes you need for your project. Use Dark Tones primer and undercoats with this color. Show more
