The MS 162 has single-lever operation and is effortless to restart after interruptions thanks to the combi-lever. It’s also fitted with a transparent fuel and oil tank, so you can clearly see when the chainsaw needs a fuel or oil top up. Re-tensioning the chain is safe and easy to do too, thanks to the practical side-mounted chain tensioning. Features: Compensator This controller in the carberettor prevents the fuel-air mixture getting richer as the air filter becomes clogged. The correct quantity of fuel is delivered to the carburettor depending on the quantity of air passing through the air filter. This keeps the fuel/air ratio in the combustion mixture constant and hence also the engine power. The filter doesn't need to be cleaned until an appropriate drop in power occurs.
