Pressing the pump ensures fewer strokes are required to start the tool as sufficient fuel is present within the carburettor. Multi-function handle with stop button All the engine controls can be controlled with just one hand featuring a stop switch which automatically reverts back to the start position for a quicker, simple restart. Bike handle When used in conjunction with a harness, the bike handle enables a smooth mowing action. The bike handle allows the machine to be easily guided, making it ideal for working on large areas, thus reducing fatigue. Decompression system The decompression valve allows some of the compression pressure in the cylinder to escape, so less force on the starter rope is needed. Quick-release coupling The quick-release coupling allows the KombiSystem to be quickly dismantled into two parts for easy transport and storage – and then re-assembled quickly without tools. Shoulder strap / carrying system Using a STIHL shoulder strap or carrying harness with soft padding makes work more comfortable, particularly during lengthy jobs. Anti-vibration system Intense vibration at the handles of power tools can lead to long-term effects on blood vessels in the hands and arms.
