Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey, affectionately known as The Musician, is the whiskey that started it all. Distilled from 100% Texas-grown corn, rye, and malted barley, this high-rye bourbon is a bold expression of Texas terroir— bright, complex, and full of character. Like the city we call home, it’s original, a little rebellious, and built on creativity. Crafted in Austin and distilled on “Nancy,” our 42-foot Scottish-made still, The Musician reflects our commitment to doing things the right way: patiently aged in new American oak and proofed slowly with water to bring out its full flavor. The result is a bourbon that’s vibrant and layered, inviting whether you enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.
