Secure with a tri-clamp. CLEANING BEFORE USE: Rinse all components with fresh, clean water before the first distillation run. CLEANING AFTER USE: If needed, thoroughly rinse the section to remove any wash or debris. Use a non-scented brewery cleaner and a soft brush to remove any stubborn debris. CAUTION: After distillation is complete, the surface will be very hot. Allow to cool before handling.
