The kind of after-dinner pour that makes the end of a meal feel genuinely considered — deep red, aromatic and with the sweetness that proper port is known for. Best served at 12-16°C. Sip it as a dessert wine, pour it over a good cheese board or use it as the base of a Port Flip when you are feeling adventurous. Requires red wine (merlot), Liqueur Base B and vodka or neutral spirit. Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired. Makes 2.25L. Note: Top Shelf Liqueur Base B and a 750ml bottle of Merlot (Red Wine) are required are are sold separately.
