Stinger SVMB Blue LED Digital Voltage Gauge 12V with 3-Digit Display and Self-Calibratable Reading for Car Audio and Accessory Monitoring The SVMB from Stinger is a 12V blue LED digital voltage gauge with a 3-digit display, designed for monitoring primary and secondary voltage circuits in car audio, caravan, and accessory battery installations. The self-calibratable display can be adjusted via a small pot control under a removable cover, and the simple 3-wire connection allows straightforward installation. The display shows voltages above 15.9V as H for high. Product overview Monitoring battery and system voltage is an important part of managing car audio and accessory installations, particularly in systems with secondary batteries, solar panels, or high-current amplifiers that place significant demand on the electrical supply. The SVMB provides a clear, accurate real-time voltage reading via a blue LED 3-digit display, suited to dashboard, trim panel, and custom installation positions. Two installation methods are supported: surface mounting to flat panels using the included double-sided tape, or flush mounting into trim panels from the rear for a custom, integrated appearance. The self-calibration pot under the removable cover allows the display to be adjusted for accuracy against a known reference voltage. The 3-wire hookup is simple to install and compatible with primary vehicle circuits, secondary battery circuits, and solar panel voltage monitoring applications. Features and benefits Blue LED 3-digit display: The blue LED 3-digit display provides a clear, accurate real-time voltage reading suited to dashboard and custom panel installations where voltage monitoring is required at a glance. Self-calibratable display: A small pot control under a removable cover allows the display to be calibrated against a known reference voltage for accurate readings. Two installation options: Attaches to flat surfaces with included double-sided tape for surface mounting, or flushes into trim panels from the rear for a custom integrated installation appearance. Simple 3-wire connection: The easy 3-wire hookup allows straightforward installation to primary or secondary 12V circuits without complex wiring. Broad application suitability: Suited to monitoring primary vehicle battery voltage, secondary battery circuits, solar panel voltage, caravan electrical systems, and any other 12V circuit where real-time voltage monitoring is beneficial. High voltage indication: Voltages above 15.9V are displayed as H on the display, providing a clear high voltage alert. Technical specs Specification Detail SKU SVMB Brand Stinger Display Type Blue LED, 3-digit Voltage 12V High Voltage Display H (above 15.9V) Calibration Self-calibratable via pot control under removable cover Wiring 3-wire hookup Mounting Options Double-sided tape (surface) or flush panel mount from rear Frequently asked questions What does the SVMB monitor? The SVMB monitors and displays real-time voltage on any 12V circuit it is connected to, including primary vehicle battery circuits, secondary battery systems, solar panel circuits, caravan electrical systems, and car audio system voltage. It is suited to any application where real-time voltage monitoring provides useful information about system electrical health. How is the SVMB calibrated? The SVMB can be self-calibrated via a small pot control located under a removable cover on the unit. Use a known accurate reference voltage to verify the reading and adjust the pot as needed to achieve the correct display value. What does H mean on the display?Voltages above 15.9V are displayed as H on the SVMB display, indicating a high voltage condition above the gauge's normal measurement range. This may indicate a charging system fault or overcharging condition and should be investigated. What are the installation options for the SVMB?The SVMB can be surface mounted to any flat panel using the included double-sided tape, or it can be flush mounted into a trim panel from the rear for a custom, integrated appearance suited to professional car audio and accessory installations. Is the SVMB suitable for caravan and solar panel monitoring?Yes. The SVMB is specifically noted as suited to caravan, secondary battery circuit, and solar panel voltage monitoring applications in addition to primary vehicle and car audio system voltage monitoring.
