(50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups) HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) to 1 TBSP (15g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea! IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 50ºC - 60ºC/122ºF - 140ºF for nutrient extraction (Vitamin C and minerals) or 100ºC/212ºF for best flavor and a strong infusion. For Food Safety reasons, boil water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to desired temperature.
