Summary: This Sterling Stingray 5, crafted by Ernie Ball, features a 9v active preamp, a low noise humbucking pickup, and a fully adjustable heavy duty bridge. Come Thump! Body: Ba sswood in Black finish. Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 34” scale length, 1.77” nut width, 22 frets, black dot inlays. Pickups/Hardware: H - 1 Ceramic Humbucker pickup, 2-band Active Preamp, open gear tuning keys, fixed bridge. Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, only really seen in reflections. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic. Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out. Weight: 10 lbs. 10 oz.
