OverviewThe Men's Stinson 7 is Hoka's max-cushion road-to-trail shoe — at 43.5/38.5 mm, the tallest stack in running. A CMEVA midsole with an H-frame TPU stability wrap and Active Foot Frame bucket construction keeps that height composed, while 4 mm multi-directional lugs cover pavement, gravel and trail in one run. This is the current performance Stinson: where the EVO OG looks back and the One7 leans lifestyle, the 7 is the one built for miles.DetailsBest for:Max-cushion long slow distance on mixed terrainRoad-to-trail runs with a gravel section in the middleRecovery days after mountain ultras, and fast hikingSpecs:Stack: 43.5/38.5 mm — the tallest-stack trail shoe in runningDrop: 5 mm, Meta-Rocker geometryWeight: ~343 g men's US9Midsole: CMEVA with H-frame TPU stability wrap, Active Foot Frame bucket constructionOutsole: 4 mm multi-directional lugs for road-to-trail coverageMaterials & CareAir-dry away from direct heat after wet runs - never tumble dry. Spot-clean uppers with a soft brush and mild soap; do not machine-wash, as it breaks down midsole foam and adhesives. Remove the sockliner between wet runs to let both layers dry. Rotate between two pairs where possible - midsole foam recovers loft with 24 hours of rest. Do not bleach or dry-clean. Store at room temperature away from prolonged UV exposure, which hardens foam.Bundle & Save Build a bundle and save up to 10% off. Shop Bundle Builder
