Our new make spirit, straight off the still at 63.5% ABV. It drinks far smoother than the strength suggests, with hints of Italian grappa, apple strudel, soft caramel, and condensed milk. Award winning: our new make spirit was named Best Scottish New Make Spirit at the World Whisky Awards 2025, and it is the first spirit distilled in Stirling in over 170 years.
