For STL file delivery, please reply to your order confirmation email with the name(s) and size(s) of the cutter files you would like to receive. We typically email STL files within 1–2 business days after receiving your request (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that this listing is only for STL files of cutters and sizes that are currently offered on our website. You may purchase a single cutter file in one size, or choose one of our discounted multi-size bundles. A multi-size bundle includes one cutter design in multiple existing sizes of your choice (for example, the 3-size bundle includes the same cutter in three different sizes). Bundle pricing does not apply to different designs, custom sizes, or sizes that are not already available in our shop. Requests for custom cutters or new sizes not currently listed may require an additional design fee and longer processing time. If you need your files urgently, please text us at 818-860-0602 for the fastest service. Please read before purchasing: STL files are offered as a convenience for home bakers with 3D printers, with single-size files starting at just $3.50 each. If purchasing a cutter set, each cutter in the set is considered a separate design and must be purchased individually. We do not offer set discounts on STL files. Please do not print these files on a public or shared printer, upload them to a public cloud, distribute the files, or sell or share cutters printed from them. Thank you for respecting our work and helping us continue to offer affordable STL files. The purchase of an STL file grants a single-user license for personal and home bakery use only. It does not include a commercial license, and the files and any printed cutters may not be distributed, traded, given away, or sold.
