The STM 4B11 Evo X/Ralliart engine torque plate is made in-house at STM from 6061 billet aluminum and includes a set of 4130 chrome-moly inserts to protect your plate during torque down. Can be used with 4B11 up to 90mm bore. A torque plate should be used when you have your engine block bored out. Anytime you bore a block, distortion will occur to the cylinders unless you use a torque honing plate installed as a brace to replicate the pressure and tension of the head when bolted down.
