The Stollen is traditional German Christmas baking at its best. It is made for us by a German baker in Wicklow and contains our own spelt flour, fruit, yeast, more fruit, almonds a nd marzipan. If you haven't tried it, you've missed out. Stollen, like most fruit cakes, has a long shelf life and will last you for the season. Show more
