Porcelain is a very strong material but you should treat your pieces with care and make sure not to drop them or have them hit a hard surface. I also recommend not to shower with your jewellery. -- Erbium is a rare earth metal. Its oxide is rarely used in ceramics because it is very expensive. However, it produces the most stunning pink: it's actually the only oxide which alone can produce pink.
