Molly Shulman I Thursdays I 1:00-4:30 pm I January 8 - March 26 In this 12-week course, students will build a strong foundation in fundamental stone-setting techniques, including t ab, bezel, tube, and basket settings. Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, students will refine their craftsmanship, gaining the confidence to create beautifully executed, gap-free settings that enhance their jewelry designs. Prerequisites: Metals + Jewelry 1 or equivalent experience. $550 (includes a $50 materials fee) Tuition and fees for classes at the Baltimore Jewelry Center are subsidized in large part by grants and contributions from our community. The rate that we charge for each class covers only 60% of the true cost to run the class. In an effort to more equitably fund our classes and encourage more donations to subsidize our programs, we are now pricing classes on a sliding scale.
