An aerosol release agent formulated specifically for urethanes, which is a different problem from releasing polyester or epoxy. Urethane grabs tooling hard, and E236 is built to let go cleanly, flash fast so you are not waiting on the mold, and give you multiple pulls between applications. Where it goes: urethane casting, pour foam, injection molding, compression molding, RIM and vacuum forming. Multiple releases per application, which matters when you are running parts rather than pulling one prototype. Fast flash so the mold is ready without a long dwell between spray and pour. Surface quality. Formulated to leave the part surface clean rather than heavily filmed. Spray a light even pass rather than a wet coat. Puddled release pools in corners and prints into the part, and on foam work it can interfere with how the skin forms against the tool.
