Our new Stonhart Liquid Developer is formulated to work seamlessly with all of our brow stain products. Our liquid developer activates the pigments in our brow stains, ensuring deeper, richer color that penetrates both hair and skin for a fuller, more defined look. Its liquid consistency allows for easy mixing and precise application. For the best results, we recommend using with our Stonhart Hybrid Brow Stains. Not recommended for use on lashes. Directions: - For professional use only. - Always perform a patch test before first use. Shake bottle thoroughly. - Cleanse and dry the orbital area before application. - Mix 4 drops of hybrid stain with 2 drops of developer and mix together. - Apply mixture to lashes and/or brows carefully. - Application time varies between 5-12 minutes, depending on desired intensity and results. - Remove fully with damp esthetic wipe.
