A bigger gua sha, made for the whole body, not just the face. It's wood, so it has that grounding feel in the hand, and it's light enough that your arm doesn't tire out halfway thr ough, which makes it genuinely relaxing to use rather than a chore. Use it with a body oil or cream and let the smooth edges glide over your arms, legs, stomach, wherever needs it. Nelly's been using this one herself and finds her muscles feel less tight and less puffy afterwards. How to use Apply oil or a rich body moisturiser first. Start with small, quick strokes. As you go, widen and lengthen them. Use daily if you like to keep it up. Show more
