This carboy stopper thermowell is for use in conjunction with a digital thermostat (temperature controller) to accurately regulate the internal temperature during fermentation. Exceptional control during the initial stages of fermentation when the lag between ambient temperature in the refrigerator and the actual temperature in the carboy, which can vary greatly.
