The Memo Glowing Note Storage Pocket Patch is a PVC morale patch by Superesse Straps LLC, listed as PVC Oversized 3.1" x 2.1", with a plain white write-on surface, green-tinted memo lines/dashes that glow in the dark for low-light visibility, and a storage compartment built into the hook backing.
