Shipping damage must be identified and noted as "damaged" on the carrier's delivery documents upon arrival. StoreWALL warranties its products for 10 years from the date of sale, ensuring they are free from workmanship and material defects. If any defects are found within this warranty period, StoreWALL will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product without charge, shipped F.O.B. from their warehouse. This warranty does not apply to products used by anyone other than the initial end-user, products altered or repaired by other parties that adversely affect the product, or products subjected to negligence, accidents, improper care, installation, maintenance, or storage, other than normal use or service. StoreWALL accepts returned items within 30 days of the receipt date. The company provides store credit for the full purchase price, deducting a 15% restocking fee. However, items shipped for free or through promotions, such as sale items, kits, packaged deals, and starter sets, are subject to a 50% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. All damage claims need to be made through the carrier, and it might take up to 45 days for a freight damage claim to be processed completely.
