We also highly recommend buying and using the Micro Set and Micro Sol solutions to properly set your decals after applying to the figure, but the micro set/sol is not mandatory. The waterslide decals will still stick to your figure without the micro set/sol. These decals are specifically intended for application onto white-colored parts.
