100% pinot noir, this delicious blend of Gilead Road pinot and Westcott pinot was tank fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak, marrying profiles from the coastal areas both southern and eastern on Lake Ontario. Indigenous yeasts, low sulfur, unfined, unfiltered. A light ruby tone opens to notes of fresh cherry, pomegranate, light smoke and umami character.
