For Barrel #3 we've used a recoopered Pinot Noir Barrel sourced locally from the Yarra Valley to age this stout for 3 months. Rich Flavours of Espresso, Dark Chocolate, and Tobacco are prominent. Super thick, silky appearance, with a textured mouth feel and long drawn out finish. Bottle conditioned, suitable for cellaring, store upright in a cool dry place. Show more
