If you are not sure of your body’s reaction to mugwort, start with one lightly brewed cup and work your way up in strength until you reach your desired result. Ingredients: Cacao nib, linden, mugwort, lemon verbena, lavender 0mg of caffeine per cup To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes.
