STRANGER THINGS COMBO OPTION Orders placed on this page will be autographed by multiple celebrities. By default, Jamie Bower and Noah Schnapp will sign these items. You can also add Linda Hamilton (optional) if you'd like. You will not receive your item until each celebrity has signed your item. Add-ons such as Personalization or a Quote are optional and not required. If you place an order with no add-ons, your item will be signed with just an autograph from each actor. PRE-ORDER INFORMATION | HOW DOES THIS WORK?Select the arrows on the right and left side of the main graphic to view the items we have available. Then using the drop-downs, please select the item you would like signed. Quotes, Personalization's and Charatcer Name options are available to add-on for an additional cost. They are optional and not required. The celebrity has the right to refuse any quotes or personalization requests that they deem inappropriate. Personalization's and Character names are limited to first names only. SHIPPING | WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?Orders will ship 1-2 weeks after all celebrities have signed your item. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm your order is on the way. AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATIONEach item will be authenticated with a 'JSA Witnessed' Authentication sticker. JSA is a leading autograph authentication company and is a third-party to Dark Parlor Originals. A JSA Representative will attend the signing and will be present when each item is signed. Afterwards, a tamperproof QR code sticker will be attached to the item to confirm authenticity and can be scanned with a phone to view the online digital record. No card or physical element will be provided with the item. Stickers will be placed on the back pf photos. If you want your sticker on the front, please leave a note at checkout. ORDER COMBINATIONSIf you order multiple items on the same order, your order will not ship until all of the items are available. If you need a specific item sooner, please consider placing two orders. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe ship worldwide. Cost for shipping will vary depending on the service you select at checkout. USPS shipments can take up to 2 months to arrive. We recommend selecting UPS Worldwide for a quicker delivery (usually about a week). Please note that International Orders may be subject to custom fees set in place by your home country. Any custom fees that are due are the customers responsibility to pay and may be due before your order arrives. We recommend searching your countries custom fee rules and regulations before purchase. Shipping fees/costs do not include custom fees, this is a separate cost charged by your country. TERMS OF SERVICE For special requests such as signing location, please leave a note on the next page. Any special requests such as signature location or pen color are not guaranteed - but we will do our best! The celebrity has the right to refuse quotes they deem inappropriate. We are only offering one the first name of character names. Personalization's must be first name only. If you want multiple quotes, you must pay for each quote. All dates shown are estimated and could change. Refunds will not be offered if signing dates are changed. Refunds will be issued if the signing is cancelled. Customer cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the signing is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
