2 x 5Ah Batteries: This fully automatic electric strapping tool comes with 2× 5Ah batteries that can be swapped in seconds. A rapid 90-minute charge delivers up to 400 straps, this power system ensures maximum productivity in the most demanding settings For PP and PET Strapping: This automatic electric strapping machine accommodates straps with a width of 0.55" to 0.63" and a thickness of 0.024" to 0.047", compatible with both PP and PET materials. Ideal for securing shipping cartons and bundling construction materials such as wooden boards, aluminum profiles, stone products, and various metals 3200N High Performance & Built to Last: Powered by a brushless motor, this electric banding tool achieves a high strap speed of 4.7iN/s and a maximum tension of 3200N, which significantly increases work efficiency, extends tool life, and lowers maintenance costs 2-3s Cycle One-Touch Operation: The automatic electric strapping machine automatically completes the weld and cut cycle in just 2-3 seconds, significantly boosting productivity and operational efficiency. Digital Control, Precision Tuning: This electric strapping machine is equipped with a digital display for setting and adjusting seal time and tension force. It eliminates guesswork and allows for precise adjustments to match your specific application needs Preventive Measures: 1. Weak strap sealing Usually caused by insufficient sealing time. Before first use, adjust the sealing time via the button to find the optimal setting for strap material and thickness. 2. Slipping during strapping Regularly remove strap residue from the cutting gear. 3. Wear parts If slipping occurs, replace the tension wheel and magnetic plate promptly. If the strap cannot be cut, replace the blade immediately. Troubleshooting: 1. Do not run the tool without strapping—dry cycling damages internal components. 2. If dry cycling causes poor tensioning, install a shim at the tool base (see linked video). 3. The tension wheel is a wear part—replace regularly under heavy use. Daily Maintenance: 1. Clean residue promptly; 2. Do not operate the machine without strapping fed through; 3. Avoid dropping the tool from heights; 4. For extended storage, fully charge the battery, remove it, and keep it in a suitable environment; 5. Do not drain the battery completely before recharging (avoid deep discharge); 6. Use only plastic strapping — never steel strapping. 7. Do not set the tension beyond the strap's maximum tensile strength. Always start testing from the lowest tension setting and gradually increase to higher levels.
