The straw cleaning brushes are made from stainless steel with either coconut fibre, cotton or nylon 5 bristles. Coconut fibre in found in the inner shell of the coconut and cotton can be removed and the stainless steel recycled with the bristles added to your compost. The nylon 5, the same material used in toothbrush bristles, can be removed and added to a recycling bin accepting nylon 5 plastic. The stainless steel is infinitely recyclable and as ever should be recycled at the end of its life. Show more
