Originally intended as a shirt design for the NCRS St. Louis Regional, “Strawberry and Vanilla” was to be merely a line drawing with a little thin watercolor washed over it. But I got excited about the possibilities, and before I knew it, I had a detailed painting. I love this piece! It is a somewhat limited image, not showing the white paint of the car but letting the viewer’s eye fill in the color. Show more
