Restricted to the Northern Table Lands of NSW, the Strawberry Gum, also known as Eucalyptus Olida, is a rare and attractive tree that grow to 20metres with grey green leaves and la rge white cluster of flowers. The leaves are highly aromatic with a strawberry aroma. Thought to be a good source of antioxidants. Can be used as a spice in cakes, jams, desserts as well as savoury dishes. Show more
