Growing Information 🌱 Plant Type: Bare root strawberry plants (June-bearing varieties)🌱 Hardiness Zones: 4–8🌱 When to Plant: Early spring, as soon as the soil can be worked🌱 When to Harvest: Late spring through early summer, depending on variety and climate Cultivation Tips Soil requirements: Strawberries prefer well-drained, fertile soil with plenty of organic matter and a slightly acidic pH (around 5.5–6.8). Sunlight: Plant in full sun for the best yields—at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight per day. Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, especially during flowering and fruit development. Harvesting: Pick berries when they are fully red and ripe, ideally in the morning when they are cool. Regular harvesting encourages continued production.
