Brewed with organic malted barley, wheat and oats from Voyager Craft Malt and whole cone hops from Ryefield Hops, this beer was fermented and aged in ex-chardonnay French oak barre ls for 12 months. The beer was then blended and aged on organic strawberries from Totally Pure Fruits and native raspberries from Yungaburra Raspberry Farm. The beer was can conditioned for several months. Aromas of strawberry jam and creamy vanilla. Flavours of tart strawberries, almond and oak tannin.
