BATCH 007 - PRODUCED IN 2026 750mL, 18% ABV. Solstice is inspired by those bright red spritzes dotting the Italian countryside. We wanted to make a brighter, fresher, and more natu ral take on those aperitifs, one that will transport you first to the aromatic strawberry farm fields, and then to the sunny California coastline. At our winery in San Francisco, Veso Aperitifs are made by hand from real, honest ingredients (that beautiful red color comes from the fruit!). For this batch of Solstice, we infused whole strawberries (with their green tops!), hand-peeled oranges and grapefruit, aromatic bitter orange peels, and dried hibiscus flowers into California wine and grape spirits. The result is not too sweet, and perfectly balanced by a subtle bitter finish. Download the Recipe Card here Show more
