Strawberry Tea: Easy-Stitch Applique Embroidery Pattern or Kit A great beginner applique kit that uses wool blends (see note on blends below). Strawberry Tea is a cute tea pot perf ect for use in garlands, framed decor, bowl filler pillows--or whatever you can dream of creating! Choose from options in dropdown menu for PRINTED PATTERN ONLY or PATTERN AND KIT. Kit Includes * Printed pattern and finishing instructions * Suggested stitches * Enough wool blends to complete the project in the following colors: - Berry Barn Red - Mottled Gray Stone - Grandma Gold - Leaf Green - Eggshell - Dark Gray Pebble * Wool size guide (if you want to use the pattern with your own wools). * Tips on how to incorporate my no-trace pattern method using Pellon Finished project size is approximately 7 inches x 6 inches As thread colors are often a matter of personal choice, embroidery threads are NOT included in the kit. I often use these blends in many of my kits because they are easier to work with than 100% wools. I have many moms and grandmas who want to share their love of wool applique embroidery with their children and grandchildren--these blends offer a great starting point. As an option to 100% wool, my students find them more user friendly when just starting out--that includes several of my students in their eighties who enjoy the ease of cutting and stitching them!
