Details please refer to Shipping/Returns below.**This hat is made by using the “Best of Morris” fabrics from moda fabrics, adorned with tea-dyed lace an d finely soft velvet ribbons around the brim. Three bows that made by velvet ribbon and fabric are attached to it. A U-shaped six-tooth clip is sewn inside to prevent the hat from slipping off, and it can also be secured by tying the inner ribbons under the chin or behind the neck. NOTE: All bows are not detachable. NOTE: Since the fabric is made of pure cotton, small dark specks may appear on the hat — these are natural cotton seeds commonly found in cotton textiles.NOTE: As the hat is made from patterned fabric, the design may not always be perfectly centred.
