Cap comes unpierced. Use a sharp hook to pierce cap to desired hole pattern and thickness. Reusable cap. Tip: After using your cap, wash thoroughly with warm water and dry. Dust th e inside of the cap with talcum powder and store in a dry, cool place. Tip: If you have a spare streaking hook, sharpen the head using a disposable nail file. This will make it easier to pierce your cap. Please note, once you sharpen your hook, you will not be able to use it again for streaking/frosting. Show more
