Competitions demand equipment that allows athletes to perform weighted pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and squats within a controlled and standardized setup. Until now, most competitions relied on improvised stations or custom-built rigs that were difficult to reproduce and often inaccessible to training facilities. The Strength Shop Streetlifting Competition Rack was developed to address this gap. Created in close collaboration with the founders of Final Rep, the station is designed to meet the practical demands of modern streetlifting competitions while remaining suitable for daily use in strength gyms. The concept behind the rack is simple but highly specialized: all four competition lifts can be performed in one continuous station. Pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and squats are aligned in a single structure, facing the same direction. This layout allows athletes to transition efficiently between lifts during events and ensures optimal visibility for judges and spectators. Unlike many large multi-rig solutions, the station maintains a relatively compact footprint while still delivering full competition functionality. Every element of the structure has been designed with the requirements of high-level athletes in mind. At the front of the rack sits the dip station, engineered to work with adjustable dip bars. This setup allows the rack to function both as a competition station and as a practical training tool. In a gym setting the dip bars can also be oriented inward, enabling multiple athletes to train simultaneously. The front upright can additionally accept attachments such as bar holders or accessories, further expanding the station’s usability. The extra-wide pull-up bar features clearly marked grip widths to standardize athlete positioning during competition attempts. With a diameter optimized for weighted calisthenics, the bar provides a consistent grip feel whether used for strict pull-ups or dynamic movements. Above the pull-up station, an optional height extension with cantilever-mounted bar enables ring muscle-ups, a key element for advanced streetlifting competitions. The elevated bar height provides sufficient clearance for explosive movements while maintaining structural stability. The squat station integrates a telescopic bar rest system with a lever-operated adjustment mechanism. This design mirrors the height adjustment system used in professional powerlifting competition racks, allowing precise setup with minimal effort. The bar rests incorporate cylindrical rollers to simplify bar positioning and reduce friction during setup. To support safe training environments outside competition settings, the rack includes a front upright with welded utility holes. This allows the attachment of standard spotter arms, turning the rack into a fully functional squat and pull-up training station for daily gym use. Integrated plate storage and bar holders provide convenient organization during training sessions and competitions. Adjustable compartments accommodate both standard and oversized competition plates. These storage elements can also be removed to reduce the footprint of the rack, although leaving them installed increases the overall rigidity of the structure — particularly beneficial when performing heavy muscle-ups. With its combination of competition functionality, training versatility, and structural stability, the Streetlifting Competition Rack provides a dedicated solution for one of the fastest-growing strength sports.
