Our Strength & Balance classes are designed to help you build muscle, improve stability and move with greater confidence in everyday life. Through guided exercises that focus on functional strength, coordination and balance, these classes support better posture, mobility and overall wellbeing. Please note: Term 3 enrolments are currently only open to existing participants. We'll be welcoming enrolments from new participants from Monday 29 June. Enrolments received prior to this may be refunded if the class reaches capacity before bookings open to new participants.
