Strength Bars Ideal for strength training, body sculpting, Pump, Circuits or other similar fitness classes. These Strength Body Bars are designed as a fixed weight and already pre-loaded so you don't have the hassle of removing or adding weight. This makes them safer and easier to handle than conventional bars with weights on either end. Each solid steel Strength Bar has been wrapped in a soft padded foam to protect the hands, and rubber end caps which protect the floor.
