Cutting hand tool for making belt lengths, collars and straps. An extremely useful wooden tool and leather craft essential, enabling the cutting of strips to any desired width up t o 10cm (4"). Start from a straight line and pull towards you. Includes one blade. Generally for use on leathers from 2.0mm up to 4.0mm, however it can be used on thinner firm leathers by clamping the cutter in a vice.
