Howitzer head popper for any surface oriented predator. We've caught all sorts of species on these flies from Bluefish, Stripers in the saltwater to Pike, Largemouth Bass. If you'r e looking for something to make some noise thats easy to cast and brushes back into shape with maximum durability, this popper should do you well. We had one from last season that caught over 70 stripers and was still fully workable and catching fish. If the synthetics in the construction of this fly get a little worn, just run a wire brush through them and they are back to normal and ready to go.
