This book comprises 50-years of trial and error, suffering, failure, and success, trying anything and everything to achieve absolute strength. We have gone down all the rabbit holes to try and find that magic program or that secret exercise that would push us over the top. But let us cut short a belief right now: there is no holy grail, there is no magic exercise. What there is, is science, and consistency.
